Gurmeet responsible for Punar Vivah ending?

Telly show Punar Vivah, starring Gurmeet Choudhary and Kratika Sengar in the lead, is all set to wrap up. Sources blame Gurmeet's unprofessional behaviour for its abrupt closure.Apparently, the channel has asked the production house to work on another story, which will be Season Two of Punar Vivah. Needless to say, the new season will have new faces as well.
Says a source, The production house is tired of Gurmeet's tantrums and a decision to wrap up the show has been taken. Gurmeet has been telling the media that PV is his last telly show and that he will quit the small screen for greener pastures. Moreover, he has been taking up other shows simultaneously without even keeping the production house in the loop, which derails the schedule of PV.
While producer Sumeet Mittal did not revert to our text message, Gurmeet clears the air, I am whatever I am because of television and I respect the medium. Punar Vivah is my baby and we just completed 300 episodes. I always managed the shoot of the show and it has never suffered because of me.
