I think Aarti's kitchen accident due to Ishita will end up her delivering her child prematurely. According to SBS Aarti delivers early and I think Aarti is hurt and rushed to the hospital. The doctors will probably have to deliver Aayu early than expected. This is my thoughts and others can give their opinion.

i think aarti will be stopped going to the kitchen...n she will get hit by the foot ball...as per the spoiler...n rushed to the hospital

Actually it is the ball that hits her stomach and then the pain follows...after this kitchen incident...where I don't think Arti will be there...she might have moved...
