I want to hit my head against a wall for not being able to pull myself away from PV Forum right now!

Just went and hunted down Dishank's twitter account, read his recent tweets, and his "Counting Days..." tweet hit me right in the heart. If people think that the PV cast (the original ensemble cast) and crew are unaffected by this, they're missing a memo in bold letters. They must be just as devastated as we are, although I'm inclined to think that they're more devastated than we are...But as they say, the show must go on...Quite literally, in this case. I can't stop thinking about how similar yet different this case is to the other shows I watched in the past 5 years. God, I love the original PV cast+crew so, so much.

Why do I get this feeling that the decision of starting PV2 and ending PV1 was a rushed one. I don't think even the cast knew about it. Gurmeet was fine yesterday morning, Kratika and Dishank only started tweeting such stuff since yesterday night. Why would they do so all of a sudden if they had known this was to happen? God, my heart is breaking again.

Anu, you posted that the same time I edited my post. I have the same feeling. Doing PV 2 may have been in the works, but now I'm getting the feeling that the cast, most if not all, didn't know until yesterday that PV 1 would have to end.

Anu and Jac: I think you two may be right. I guess the actors got the final decision yesterday but they might've gotten hints of it before then. Hence the mirrored "Samajhdaaro ke liye ishaara kaafi hai" message from both, within 2 minutes of each other. Damn it, this is SAD!

Exactly Jac. Or maybe they didn't know that the show would be wrapping up that soon or something. I don't think I would dare to watch the SBB/SBS segments today, if there are any. I don't think my heart would be able to take the glum faces of our actors, unless of course they hide their true emotions. After all the laughter and frolic in yesterday's segments, I wonder if we would see those genuine smiles today.

I just tweeted to both of them...Prateek's darling Gundi Bhabhi...Everyone really is a family. I loved seeing that over the past year. I don't think those bonds will break.
