Just watched tonight's episode. I love that Aarti is so on to Ishita, and is calling her out left and right. I'm sort of sorry Radha diffused the situation. However, we should be getting more confrontations in time. I understand now why the focus on Yash holding Crazy Lady by the waist in the spoiler stills, but Aarti laughing at her was a little odd. I'm not sure how to read it. Was it the natural competitor in Aarti that laughed when her nemesis has a fall or was she laughing at Yash's surprise at the whole slip? It was an odd textual add-on simply to agitate Ishita further. But I liked that Yash just went on his way, met Aarti and kissed Aayu. Ishita is fighting a battle that never existed and it's sad that Yash and Aarti's story is tied up in her crazy.
But, I really cannot get enough of Yash and Aarti flirting up a storm these days. 😛 During last night's episode, I got a whiff of their SR when they returned home. During the scenes tonight I was thinking how much fun it would be to get more throwbacks/parallels to the past like Yash and Aarti getting stuck in the bathroom now while getting ready for another family event. Yash, his one-track mind, and Aarti as his captive audience. 🤣 ☺️
Felt so bad for Paridhi and Prateek. Per usual, every celebration in the SM has a traumatic twist. Nevertheless, I'm liking the Praidhi-Prateek arc. I wish it was something the writers tackled earlier, maybe when the family found out Aarti was pregnant. But timing seems to have been PV's biggest difficulty. Still, I'm excited about the possibilities as we wind down.
MJ, I haven't cried either. Oddly enough, I don't expect to. But my heart still aches like crazy and I've effectively talked myself into feeling upbeat, which is why I was posting up a storm today more than usual, lol. Just keeping my brain busy because if I do rest, I'll definitely feel sad.
Anu, true on how much this cast seems to really love each other. I think they've used to moving from show to show, yet, at the same time, each experience is different and they've all said more than once that they're like family and they clearly love working together.
On a possible future project for our darlings, our adorable crazies, as Borna calls them, I'll gladly be optimistic with you. Keeping our expectations low, but still optimistic. Like you said, I think I'll miss Gurmeet and Kratika's off-screen crazy just as much as Yash and Aarti, maybe even more. They've been so adorbs.
Oh, I would love an Gurmeet-Kratika interview, Anu. Something like an exit interview. I wonder if that's a request we can put to the Mittals. They've been so generous with us in terms of spoiler stills and even those clips from the 1 year anniversary party (I still can't get Kratika's cute "Guruuu" out of my head, lol). They may be nice enough to do that for us as well. Today's SBB/SBS was just precious. But, yeah, the timing. *sigh* One of my favorite shots, if memory serves me correctly, is when Yash is holding Aayu and Aarti seems to put her head on his shoulder. Then all the dancing seems like so much fun. Many times you can tell when they're in a directed moment, but then there are other times the lines really seemed to blur between Yash-Aarti and Gurmeet-Kratika when they were laughing and smiling. Gurmeet and Kratika just seem to be putting some of their own camaraderie into it, which I like. It helps to authenticate Yash and Aarti's ease.
