3 Conditions

According to the spoiler pics Akash and Ishita were in Arya's room and as per the sbb seg Akash will put 3 conditions before G3.I think he will demand Yash's position in the house and in business.But what can be the 3rd condition?Do you have any idea?Plz share.

my guesses:

I don't know if he'll ask for Yash's business b/c Akash is lazy. He likes the easy money and if there is so much of it, I doubt he'd want to work hard to maintain a business. Plus, he has no experience.
