Before I start my second essay, "fill-in-the-blank-lock"! 😲🤣 Borna! That was amazing! What a way to sum up all the ridiculous "locks" that they show on TV! How unrealistic, cringe-worthy and yawn-inducing! P.S. Your siggy box and AVI is absolutely love!
All of you have raised wonderful points, especially loved what you guys said about versatility. So to some people, playing diverse roles is not what is important. What is important is to play the role of an 18-year old girl, even you are nearly 30 in real life? WOW. 👏 Firstly, none of the actresses who played the 18-year old from ______ looked 18. I wouldn't have known that they were supposed to be 18-year olds if I hadn't read the shows' synopses. Like Borna has mentioned, Kratika started her career by playing that kind of a role, didn't she? But unlike some other "popular" actors, she didn't care about her image and went on to play the role of a "vamp". Now tell me, would any of the current actresses dare to do such a thing? Risk being "hated"? That's not all, she then was chosen *ish HPish, she was the chosen one! =P* to play an iconic character, how many get such an opportunity? Those dainty darlings would probably run away from the sets if they had to do horse-riding and sword-fighting!
It's funny how Kratika is tagged as an "aunty" by some "actress's" fans, umm she is younger than your princess in real life people. And what's wrong with playing the role of a mother, if you love kids, you would enjoy playing that role! Is it any wonder why Divyam, Dhirti and Palak dote over their Yash bhaiya and Aarti didi? Their bhaiya and didi love them just as much as the kids love them. ❤️
Nina, you have nailed it hun. Honestly, what is there to show after the lead actress falls in love with the lead actor in all those typical run-of-the-mill shows? That's when the script-writers start to introduce misunderstandings, unnecessary drama and romance just to prolong the life of the show. A very famous PH once told the fans of a show that the show had already run its course after the leads fell in love with each other. That's where we can see how different the other PHs are from our Mittals! Could we love the Mittals any more?
Borna and Saffi, the delusional fans take delusion to a totally new level. At times, I feel like I am talking to a wall when trying to talk to them because they are like a broken record, going on and on with the same things and refusing to see things from someone else's POV. No offence to anyone but I used to think the same way for GC's fans as well but I must say, even though there are some die-hard fanatics out there, his fans are amongst the most tapered down ones, in comparison to those of the other "popular celebs".
Just a bit on Gurmeet as well, I know that it's the KS AT but I am sure you people won't mind, hopefully! 😆 I was not a Gurmeet-fan before seeing him in PV. In fact, I hated him with all my life for all the unnecessary hype and attention that he and his show got. But, Gurmeet did earn my respect and love, and it was not easy. The fact that he decided to play the role of a father, right after playing the role of a hot-shot business tycoon was the first thing that I loved about him. Isn't that what every celeb should do, to not care about his/her image and play all sorts of diverse roles? I must say, Gurmeet and Kratika are lucky to have played roles like Ram ji and Rani Laxmi Bai, how many get the chance? I didn't watch both the shows but I am just very proud of the fact that they are amongst the special ones who have special shows in their kitty! <3 Not only that, the nuanced acting that Borna always talks about, no one does it better than these 2. Not only me, not only us, but many others (outside of this forum) love these 2 for their acting and we aren't the only ones who are spoiled by them and this show. PV has viewers from every age-group and no one can dispute this fact because it is a known fact.
Haters would hate, we can't do anything about it. Yes, it does hurt to see people say such mean stuff about the show and our leads but hey, when our leads don't give a damn anymore, why should we? They are loving the show, loving their characters, loving their co-stars, then why should we complain? What difference does it make to them if someone hates them? Those haters think that only GK and PV have haters but don't people hate their show and leads as well? At least we can be happy thinking that our show is indeed different and not a show that failed to deliver what it promised. And our leads' fans are not at war and love both the leads the same. I am rambling now, sorry!
Oh has anyone read Kratika's TC article? Here's the link:

Firstly, Krats looks gorgeous in that picture! And LOL, she likes the show that I have been so critical about all this while and she finds KaBhi's chemistry good! 😲😆 Okay, sorry! Kratika and I have differing tastes, I see. 😛
A random note, YAY, Gurmeet is finally on top! I do hope to see Kratika on top, even if it's for one week because she deserves it! *Aside: I want to talk about SC, if anyone watched the show yesterday, please let me know! Need to get some things out!* 😆
And this turned out to be an essay as well ...
