can someone get a divorce in a day...by signing the papers and marry the next day??????? then yash marriage with another person will not be legal...

A couple can file for another motion after six months so that they get the opportunity to reconsider their marriage. A divorce decree can be passed prior to the completion of six months term if the mandatory requirements for the divorce are sufficed. If the divorce file is not withdrawn within eighteen months the courts passes a divorce decree. If one of the parties decides to withraw his/her petition, the court will intiate an enquiry. If the respondent disagrees to give the consent, the court holds no right to pass the divorce judgement.

My mum told me once "when you are watching an Indian Drama or Movie, don't talk about logic", I agree with Leevi05 that it only happens in Indian Drama😆
