I just wish we had more time to catch all those gestures smoothly, and this remains a major complaint of mine. The nuances are probably there, but it's hard to see them in one or two viewings. That is usually never a problem with our episodes, since things aren't as rushed.
I think this one line of yours really captured the whole essence of your post. It was almost as though you wrote a companion-guide for the episode, detailing all the bullet points that the episode provided us. Wherever there was the tiniest hint or nuance, you caught it and linked it to the grand tapestry that PV has been weaving all these months, and sort of really did justice to the writers' attempts to fit all the important Prashant-related story into this short time before he leaves the show.
Trust you to latch onto the essence right away! 😃 Regarding the part in bold: this such is a huge compliment for me, since I automatically started out taking note of all the PV-type moments that came up without really thinking of linking anything together! I was very surprised myself at the sheer number of "this reminds me of..." thoughts that I had. I hadn't been expecting that at all.
Two things which I especially loved were your discussion of the Kyun Mein Jagoon song sequence and the connection of the bear-game to the kidnapping.
First the song sequence, I too observed that little detail of Palak rubbing her face, and while it could have been a tear, the other alternative is that she was rubbing her face to battle sleep, in an effort to stay up and support her mother in this time of trial. And Aarti was so beautifully trying to hold it together for the two of them. In the beginning of the sequence, you could see her on the verge of tears, with that one tear, as you said, poised on her lashes. But it is as though one glimpse of her daughters snapped Aarti out of her worried trance and made her aware of her responsibility to keep them as worry-free as they had managed to keep Ansh through out this whole ordeal. That kiss was like a reassurance, that she was fine and everything was going to be fine, and that the two little ones could sleep peacefully, knowing that it would all come right in the morning. I loved that little scene, and like everyone has been saying, it was the only truly PV scene in the whole episode.Very nice. I like the alternative a lot! I think that is indeed what she was doing, and I love how that one tiny gesture, followed by the camera tracking how both Palak and Payal are in fact awake and attentive when they should have been sleepy, says so much about the mutual support that the girls and Aarti provide to each other. The rest of the paragraph above is wonderful! I completely agree! There was so much reassurance during many of the PV scenes in this episode. I felt like I was already using that word too much, so I let it go for that particular scene's commentary 😆
I also loved the way you connected the kidnapping to the bear-game scene. It truly did come a full circle and perhaps all of these nuances would have been much clearer if our CVs had been at the helm, with their indefatigable attention to detail. Ansh was once again locked up in a room, afraid and helpless with Aarti unable to really get him out. Only this time, Yash was there to make sure he felt safe the moment he expressed just how scared he really was. That is how much they have grown from the time of the kidnapping, where mistaken understanding of each other caused risk to both their lives, and now are so in tune that their connection is intuitive. Ansh knows his papa will come for him, and Yash knows exactly when Ansh is being pushed too far, despite being a really resilient kid.Word, Sammy. It was such an unexpected full-circle connection...and I am SO happy that we've at least been able to talk through this. It does line up quite nicely, especially now that you've described the growth and developments in the Yash-Ansh relationship very clearly and beautifully, as usual! 👏
Beautiful post Borna, and I can't wait to read the rest!Thank you very, very much, my friend! I enjoyed reading your responses. This was such a pleasant surprise, I must confess!

Oh, thank you so much Jyo! 😳It's funny that when you read and reviewed this, I hadn't gotten very far into the episode at all! Now there is even more posted and I'm still not even close to getting to A-Mangalpur! 😕 😆 Never-ending story, this one. I'm going to cry khushi ke aansoon when I'm done with this MS, I'm sure. Either that or I'll collapse.Creative juices? Whatever are you talking about? I'm not creative! The people who came up with the fantastic holiday idea are creative. They gave our Yash-Aarti a holiday, but look at how dedicated Gurmeet and Kratika are...They still tried to keep their characters' personalities preserved! But I did love watching the Making of Lag Jaa Gale! 😳 It was so cute!@bold: I couldn't agree more! 👏 Ah, this show. It is so lovely. And a very impressive feat of storytelling and casting, given all the hoops the team is having to jump through still!(You meant "without much OTT drama" right?)Aww, I love all those moments that you mentioned! 😃 Very touching! I wrote about them just a little while ago (the courtroom scenes, finally!) so that happy hug is etched in my mind now.*sigh* Lag Jaa Gale analysis? Baap re baap, you are expecting too much. I can promise a commentary about the Making of the song sequence and about the song sequence itself. Analysis...I'm not so sure!Thank you so, so much for reading! Thanks for the lovely comments, too! 🤗
Aaahh I finally managed to read it whole ... it felt like watching those AarYa scenes all over again ...
I just loved the way u described that courtroom scene post the verdict when both Yash and Aarti close their eyes in relief and finally both hug each other to find peace in each other's arms ... once again I will say thats our PV .. those emotions , pain everything so well portrayed by Gurmeet and Kratika 👏👏👏...
Glad you enjoyed it! And thanks for making a reappearance! 😃I absolutely LOVE this scene! And you know, I feel so proud that on Friday, despite things seeming so disjointed, our scenes had a lot of significance within them...The way those emotions were brought out, like you said, was very much in line with our PV! And why wouldn't it be? I will join you in that standing ovation!![]()

Some of the caps from that particular scene 😳😳...
See that overwhelming relief on their face 😳😳
I loved the way Aarti does that gesture of kissing his hands before the hug just to indicate to him that its all because of u ...😳
