@guruandkratz: Thank you.

@Aditi: Thanks...The very fact that the judge took pains to crack a joke with the kids and keep the environs kid-friendly points to the fact that he, that is the court, places great importance on the child's happiness and cheer. And on that front, the judge did notice a happy, perky Ansh Scindia. I feel Yash won half the case there only...the rest half Ansh will win for the family by putting a lid on Prashant's plots and clearly stating his desire.

@Borna:
Thanks pal...It sure was a power-packed episode with some fantastic performances all over. GC and Vineet were the stars as the honest and scheming fathers, respectively...with a superlative display added on by KS.

@Sheema: Thanks. Look...SP knows what he is doing is wrong...he is just terming the whole action to suit his justification. Instead of being a father and being there for his son...like Yash is doing...he is fighting his son as man to man...although the purpose is same; to get his son back into familyfold. So, he is dealing with Yash on two levels: as a father and as a man competing to win. He couldn't hold his son's gaze because the honesty and truth in those eyes reminded him of his wrongdoing...which he doesn't want to remember. Therefore, in the end, SP will lose both the fights...he will lose his credentials and he will lose his son.

@Sarah: Thanks pal...Whenever you get the time, watch the episode. It was as realistic as they could make it by way of a show with just a dash of melodrama thrown in...and the performances were outstanding all over.

All the best for your trip...Don't worry about Sparsh...it's not going anywhere...your slot will wait your appearance.😊

@Malika_ZL_Khan: Thank you.😊

@gafulu: Thank you.😊

@Isya: Thanks my friend...you are such a support...😊

Indu loved your analysis as usual and also I loved how u analysed the judge's perspective and his observations in such minute detail ..awesomee 👏👏👏👏... I agree that Yash in his emotional speech kept talking about the needs and happiness of his son Ansh whereas Prashant in his last emotional speech stressed more on his own needs and happiness thus overlooking what Ansh wants and this is where I mentioned in my take too that Prashant made a blunder with his over the top crocodile tears which made the judge make a neutral decision and allow Ansh to b the real judge 👍🏼...

I guess the purpose of showing Judge doing a bit of comedy with Ansh in the start was mayb this judge's style to actually test whether Ansh is happy or depressed and all he could see is Ansh is more than happy to b with his current mom-dad 😃... So no wonder the judge is actually smarter than we think 😉

superb write up..Great post👏👏
Loved the episode...
Awesome take of judge views..👍🏼

The judge would also have perceived that even though Yash defended his own case and did not have professional backing, in his opening statement he only presented what Ansh actually needs and not what he needs...For himself he only said "I cannot live without my son"...a plain, simple, honest statement...nowhere near as melodramatic as Prashant's hyperly emotional, melodramatic performance that followed a little later. Prashant ended his say with what he needs...not what Ansh needs; what he can give Ansh...not what Ansh wants.-Well said👏

Beautiful take👏👏...Prashant himself spoiled his almost won case with that sham act which the judge had easily figured out henceforth gave him the chance to spend on night with Ansh... Yash and Aarti together as an unit are the bestest... Aarti immediately jumped in to defend Yash when he was blamed for throwing her out of the home as also she defended G3... how much she loves this family was clearly evident... Yash was no less he for the first time stared back his father and addressed him as a "stranger"... the cracks have developed and it is tough to mend.
Ansh is to decide and what would be his answer is known not only to all of us but to the judge as well as he had clearly seen how the kids were full of fun and happy... It clearly proves AarYa's parenting duties

Thanks Jyo...

(Bold) Bingo...I am very sure that was the purpose of the whole bumbling/fumbling Judge uncle charade. Couple it with the decor and you know how sensitive the court is regarding the children's psychological being. Not to forget he ensured the kids were taken away because he knows how ugly the custody battles can become. Given all that, it is natural to assume that the judge not only took cognizance of Ansh's cheerful personality but also that the parents were such decent people. They not only defended each other but not once resorted to putting down Prashant. I am sure he has realized what a closed knit family Yash has. Compare it with Prashant's sefish plea that he needs Ansh to overcome the loneliness in his life...and you know where the judge will tilt. This case is not about Prashant, but it is about Ansh...and that is where Prashant slipped up badly.

@Radha: Thank you...😊

@Ash: Thanks...Yes, cracks have definitely developed between father and son. SP crossed the line of decency and propriety when he again insulted Aarti and that too in a public domain. It's hard to imagine this is the man who safeguarded his izzat so fiercely...and now he is putting down the same izzat in an open house just to satisfy an egotistical desire to win. Shame!!! Yash, who is already stressed out due to fear of losing Ansh, loses his temper at seeing his father belittling Aarti. It will be interesting to see SP trying to get back into Yash's good books later. I don't see Yash forgiving SP sooner.
