Episode Take
Today's Episode is really very good in terms of high voltage dramatic courtroom drama and I can see that PV CVs r actually giving out their everything this week making sure Trps rise because I dont remember any other week which has seen such back to back flawless episodes with some class acting by every single actor in the show 👏👏👏👏
There is one doubt in my mind before I start my take ..so if anyone can clear it out .. Does such spl family courts for kids custody exist in India which r totally different from the regular courts and if yes then I will feel proud of India for something good 😆 and if No then I will feel mayb Indian judiciary can take some idea from this episode and create such courts which dont really scare the kids ... just kidding .. but still I loved this whole spl family civil court where u hv these spl disney type stuffs to make the kids feel good 😆😳...
Courtroom Drama was kept as real as possible with right balance of facts and emotions ... 👍🏼
I loved the way CVs kept the courtroom scene realistic by showing Prashant and his lawyer following the main protocol of the court by only presenting the facts without giving emotional speech because after all when a professional lawyer is fighting your case , it becomes easy for u to fight it out practically 😊 whereas on the other hand Yash dint hv too many facts with him because he dint hv that help of a professional lawyer to guide him and so all he had was his honesty and love for his son Ansh when he gives that emotional speech about how as a father he knows his son Ansh best and cannot live with out him.. 😭😭...
This is where I loved the episode today because it was not a one sided affair where Yash being the hero gets the upperhand just because hero is always perfect 😆... I loved the CVs for keeping it real and showing Prashant getting the upperhand since he had a porfessional lawyer who is guiding him with all the real facts plus he also had SP's indirect help too whereas Yash was all alone while fighting the case and so he was more on defensive side but in the end what worked for him was his honesty 😳 ... Yash dint shed those crocodile tears in the end in front of the judge unlike Prashant but remained his real self and this is what made the judge give a neutral decision in the end where Ansh gets to choose his father 👍🏼
Judge's decision was quite fair and I understand why Judge wanted to give a fair chance to Prashant here ... the reasoning shown made total sense ...
Most of us might feel why the judge spoke in favour of that moron Prashant in the end but this is where I feel we r looking at things from our perspective and because we know Prashant inside out , so we r quick to question the judge here and how he cannot understand Prashant's true colours .. but we got to see it from a judge's POV who dunno who is Prashant or who is Yash .. so he will see things from a neutral POV as he is unaware of past history 😊 ...
What the judge sees is Yash's own father has disowned him and this certainly works against Yash to b honest if I see it as a neutral candidate who has no idea about past history 🤔 .. Also the way SP gives his verdict in favour of Prashant also makes Yash look weaker party here because judge will wonder why Yash's own father is not supporting his son and in a family where father-son only r at loggerhands with each other , what kind of nurturing Ansh can get ... isn't it ?? 🤔 ,...
Also points like changing school against Ansh's wish , locking up Ansh in a dark room , then the Lalitpur incident where Prashant saved Aarti's life and even paid the hospital cost r sort of debateworthy since I remember we too dint like many of these incidents and questioned Yash as well as Scindia family ... Its only after Yash made up for it all , we said Yash is a ideal father and husband ... But the judge is only looking at facts and the fact remains that Yash did make a mistake by suddenly changing his school in past or Gayatri did make a mistake of locking up Ansh ..isn't it ...So I must give it to the lawyer and Prashant actually for coming up with these facts ... I m sure SP helped them out but well it was a smart move from their end as much I hate it 🤢
So when Prashant and the lawyer is highlighting all these facts , no way Judge can ignore it 😊.. Judge believed Prashant's claims only when SP gives verdict in his favour ...
I felt Prashant made a blunder only towards the end with his fake crocodile tears and putting Yash down with his stupid claim about financial stability , his property and how Yash already has so many kids and blablabla 🥱 ... that sort of made the judge doubtful about Prashant's claims here because even a blind man can say he was shedding crocodile tears there which was not needed if his claims r so truthful 😃😆,...Many of those words spoken by Prashant made no sense either because Prashant himself knows he has no real property in his name 😆...
So I feel Prashant's last blunder made the judge change his decision and he thought of letting Ansh hv his last say after he spends a night with Prashant or else judge might hv well given the verdict in Prashant's favour only for the complete custody of Ansh 🤔... One night does sound OTT and mayb logical verdict would hv been a week stay at least because for Ansh to know Prashant well , he got to stay with him for at least a week but I guess Ansh staying with Prashant for a week wont go down well with trp viewers since if u show logic , there wont b any magic and so the week verdict was reduced to just one night verdict where Prashant can try his best to brainwash the kid and then next morning we all know whom Ansh will choose 😃😆😆
SP and Yash finally lash out at each other in public .. Is this the final nail in coffin for father-son relationship ?? 😭
Today the best part of the episode for me was another powerful face off between Daddy Scindia and Yash ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ... This time both were not confronting each other as father-son but as two men who r totally against each other .. Suraj Pratap Scindia :the cunning ruler vs Yash Scindia :The husband and a father ... And I must say Gurmeet and Chetan Pandit nailed it again beautifully 👏👏👏👏...
When SP gives his verdict in court in favour of Prashant and accuses Aarti by saying that I hv broken all ties with my son because of this "Woman" ... Yash just could not control anymore but finally bursts out against SP's nonstop taunt to his wife by telling him that "As a husband even I cannot tolerate any man saying anything nonsense against my wife" ...wowww 👏👏... That intense anger , hatred and pain in both their eyes was so damn evident when for the first time both lashes out at each other in public ... So Yash calling his father "Anybody" for the first time was his reply to his father for always taunting his wife by addressing her as "this woman" ... Yash wanted to make SP feel that it hurts 😊...
And this is where I see a very deep crack being developed between a father and a son which will not get resolved anytime soon even after this Prashant chapter is over because this crack has mainly arised because two strong individuals hv gone on total opposite side of the fence today in terms of their two different viewpoints ... I wont b shocked if after this court case today , Yash leaves Scindia mansion with his family and in future sets up his separate business thus becoming a business rival of his own father which will b a interesting story telling too 🤔...
Overall I loved the entire courtroom drama today .. Few places logic went missing a bit but overall the drama came out really good and best part was the heart and soul these actors r daily putting in every single episode which is making me admire their dedication more and more 👏👏👏... Gurmeet , Kratika , Vineet and Chetan hv been a revelation off late in last 2 weeks episodes and today was no different 👍🏼
