Part XVI

Such a heart-touching part, Indu.

Loved the entire update. Palak is such an observing child, liked her queries to Aarthi out of intrigue.

The way the past was revealed in the presence of the entire family(AarYa & kids) is very beautiful.

"Will you marry me?"
Somehow he knew what her answer would be.
-- I think even I could sense what her answer would be.

Part XVII

Another beautiful update, Indu.

Aarthi's decision and her reasons for it may sound unreasonable but I could also understand her.

Yash was standing by the side of the bed looking at her…trying to decipher her mood….when she lifted her eyes to stare at him…not saying anything. Her eyes burnt with suppressed emotions. His heart flipped…She was angry…more like incensed. He crossed his arms and ran a leisurely look at her, his eyes twinkling with amusement. Mishti's eyes widened in outrage. She didn't want to say anything that would give him the impression that she had missed him…especially since he hadn't bothered to even…..oh well, if he wants to stick by the rules, so can she…so there. Her "What are you doing here?" was supposed to be as cold as a glacier…instead it came out thick with emotion. In response, Yash only passed an offhand "Oh, I came to meet babuji and Ansh…surely that was not part of the agreement" and walked out lazily past her, calling out to Palak that it was time to leave as dadaji/dadima would be back soon. She remained standing in the same position, her fingers fisting her dupatta by her sides in consternation. Suddenly she was grabbed from behind and turned around, as Yash held her in a steely grip…and then bringing his mouth close to hers, he whispered, "Did anyone ever tell you that you look breathtakingly beautiful when you are angry?" He was gone before she could react.
-- I was grinning like this 😃 throughout this part.

I love Dubey's characterization and his relationship with Aarthi in your story. So he is going to call someone but who?

Part XVIII

"Stop, bauji…please (Yash's voice now deathly calm…the sound of condensed anger) Please don't insult the goodness of people. Honesty and kindness cannot be bought. OK…If you want I should meet Maansi, I will…But you will have to accept that I'll be considerate to what Maansi wants and not what her parents want. If she too feels she wants this alliance, I promise I'll consider it."

While driving to his office, he went over what had just happened. He was shocked to learn of his family's narrow and presumptuous views. For the first time he understood completely where Mishti was coming from…"I am sorry love. I should have realized that your fears were not unfounded. You knew about my parents what I didn't. But how?"

-- Loved these lines especially the bold one. I could even imagine the expressions of our show Yash(Gurmeet).

And Neema is such a sweetheart. 🤗

Enjoyed AarYa interaction in the restaurant. I could not decide anything about Maansi right now but knowing you she should be a positive character. Going to read the next part, am ready for surprise too. 😃

Part XIX

See, Maansi is a lovely character. Loved her so much.

He is so full of understanding and admiration for you even when you are selling yourself short. Most of the guys lose it here….and move on to the next catch. Tolerance and fortitude seem to have gone ancient on the male species these days…
-- This is why I too love this Yash so much.

The entire conversation between Aarthi and Maansi was superb.

"So that you don't get hurt…so that your parents can come out of this situation with their self-respect intact and knowing that their daughter's feelings were not compromised….and, most importantly, so that Yashji's family realize that your family backed off after Yashji met you. I didn't want him to later feel guilty that because of him your parents faced the humiliation of their daughter facing rejection. He owed you this explanation. (She chewed her lip as she took a breather)…Look Maansi, I know Yashji…He would hate it if he realized he had hurt someone…and he would have if he had said no without meeting you and your parents. His own family would have been upset with him for neglecting their wishes and would always wonder what could have been….especially since they chose you with lot of hope and aspirations. Under the circumstances it was best that Yashji met you and your family in person and convey personally as to why he can't go ahead with this alliance, which he wouldn't have if I had not asked him to. Now his family cannot hold this against him. I trusted him to handle this situation…and he did."
-- Loving Aarthi more and more. She never could hurt anyone.

Scenes with Yash and Aarthi are so beautiful. 😊

"Then I'll make you forgive and forget. I will give you so much love that these six years will cease to make us sad….and we shall remember them as blessings…(as he looked at her)…two blessings actually, Palak and Ansh." She smiled and bent forward to kiss him lightly. Two souls united in pain….having to fight the past demons…yet instinctively easing out the other's anguish.
-- Aarthi's positive outlook towards life just increases my love and admiration for her more and more with each update.

Part XX

Lovely part throughout except the last section. TBH I was sort of expecting this from SP.
SP - Atleast Aarthi is Ansh's maasi what about Yash's relation to Palak? 😳

I always love the scenes of AarYa with kids in your works. Aarthi's conditions for marriage are cute. 😊

Yash felt much relieved at his parents' decision, yet there was something that jarred. He couldn't quite get a hold of it. Yash shook his head'maybe he was being overly sensitive.
-- Liked how even Yash sensed that something's missing.

Part XXI

Another wonderful update, Indu.

Your words are so so beautiful, Indu. I know I tell this often but that is the truth. They know to pull the right feelings from our hearts. 🤗
What I like the most in your work is how you give importance to all the characters equally. Not just AarYa,Dubey, Ansh and even Supriya. Supriya need not be considered much but you gave her beautiful dialogues even its just one scene. 👏

Loved the entire update but my favorite should be the end specially the below lines.
Yash folded his hands, "Babuji, I want your permission and blessings to formally adopt Ansh. I took the liberty of taking Ansh's details from his school, and Mr Bansal here has already started the procedure through baba's NGO, which has dealt with many adoptions before. Since baba knows people in right places, the matter can be hurried, and by the time we get married, Ansh will legally be Ansh Yash Scindia. All that is required now is your nod and a few signatures. Please babuji…..please give me Ansh. I give my word that he will always be known as my son…my firstborn."

Part XXII-A

I just loved how Guptaji made SP to understand the reality that both Ansh and Palak are in the same boat. They both just want the missing parent so their family will feel complete.

Adore Yash's love & respect for Dubey and Arpita's parents.

Part XXII-B

A very romantic and a very beautiful part.

Lots of good wishes for Aarthi-Yash and Prateek-Pari. Lots of hugs to Ansh, Palak, Neema and Maansi.

Lots of love and hugs to you for such a beautiful story. 🤗 🤗
