Sr Scindia's temper was high and refused to give a lending ear when he faced the reality in form of Arti's hidden truth. Now that the temperature is there but not to the extent of boiling - he is allowing his eyes to grasp every situation taking place in front of him and trying to find out reasons of the shock he experienced. ( Remember - ' When emotions run high- your thinking fails - your listening capacity fails' )
Accepting Arti again will take time but unless he faces truth of ugly side of prashant. Very important, elders always understand more when they face problems of elders plight.When he sees how Prashant is treating his parents - he will realise his son's worth and Arthi's compulsion.
Secondly as Sr Schindya is very fond of his image - again when he learns that how Yash and Arti went all out their way to save Paridhi's marriage and Family's reputation by not bringing MMS clip to the court.
To seal the above two reasons - Bone Marrow transplant - how the parent and Arti went all out their way to save Prashant inspite of both facing betrayal - and that will show the true color of Mr.and Mrs. Dubey and his DIL.
