PART-5

Aarthi in a panic pressed the emergency button to alert the doctors. Immediately a doctor along with two nurses flew to the room to check up with Shobha. Aarthi is panicked like hell. She just doesn't know what to do. Her eyes are getting filled up. The mere thought of something happening to her mother is killing her insides. She clutched her head and just sat down all shocked. The nurse, who saw her condition, came to her and took her out saying that she can't stay there. "Sister woh ma... woh..." "Ma'am please calm down... doctor is checking her condition now... please come with me... aap mere saath aayiye... your mother will be fine ma'am... don't worry..." she took her to the waiting area and made her sit there, gave her some water. And when she felt that Aarthi is all fine she went inside to help. Aarthi can't with hold the emotions and she started sobbing.

Yash saw a nurse taking aarthi out and making her sit in the waiting area. He silently went there and stood far away from her. He saw her sobbing and now her sobs are turned into hiccups. She is literally bawling. He saw her breaking down. He just can't see her like that. He wanted to hug her. Console her. Tell her that everything will be fine. Sink in all her problems, her sufferings, everything. And just give her happiness. But he can't even go to her. He felt so powerless. And unknown to him, his eyes are pouring up too.

It has been already 30 minutes and then Doctor Mehta has come out. Seeing him Aarthi rushed to him' "Doctor abb maa kaisi hain?? How is she now? Sab theek hian na?? Can I meet her now??"

"Aarthi calm down... she is fine... it is just a palpitation... but she needs rest. She is not in a position to meet now. I gave her a sedative and please make sure that she is not stressed. She is stressed on something; may I know what it is??"

"aap toh jaante hi hain... she is stressed of my marriage... she wants me to get married as early as possible... but main inhe iss halat mein... how can I just do that uncle? I can't leave her in this situation. Aur main toh..." Aarthi is yet to say something but Dr.Mehta came in between

"I know... I know beta... please take care of her... and don't think too much about it. Hosake toh avoid meeting her tomorrow. Because it is very crucial for her to maintain her heartbeat and we have to make sure that she doesn't get another palpitation as of now. And meeting you makes her get stressed up. I hope you understand beta... I am sorry to say this..." Dr.Mehta was a close friend of Satyendra Dubey, husband of Shobha. And he knows about Aarthi very well. Aarthi is like "I can understand uncle... please don't be sorry... I'll try it... abb main chalti hoon."

Yash saw the nurse coming towards him. He went to her and asked her about the patient inside that room. The nurse felt weird but she answered him saying that the patient was good. He felt glad that Shobha was doing well. He saw Aarthi talking to the doctor. He saw her face changing colors. He saw her smile with tears and after a few seconds he saw her face becoming pale. After a few minutes he saw her walking towards the exit. He silently followed her. He saw her taking a cab. Then it came to his mind that he forgot his car there at the mazhar. "Oh no!!! Yash ye kya hogaya hian tujhe?? What happened to you?? You forgot your car?? Car man!! Koi chota cheez thodi hain to forget!! Khair leave it now. She is leaving!!" Yash too took a cab and asked the driver to follow Aarthi's cab.

Aarthi reached home. Even yash reached but made his cab stop a few feet behind Aarthi's cab. Aarthi opened her house and went inside. Yash too went upto her house and peeped inside through the window. He saw her sighing. Literally she is tired of today's happenings. She is all drained. And Yash felt it by just having a look at her. He saw going inside. He can't do anything now, so he peeped in more to get the full view of the room. He saw the walls of the room filled with lots of pictures. He saw a picture of Shobha with Aarthi. He smiled looking at it. In another one he saw Shobha with an elderly man' he thought it must be her husband and Aarthi's dad. And in another he saw a man in his early twenties with shobha and her husband. Yash thought him to be their son. But the next picture made him astonished. He just felt like the ground under his feet was apart and he is falling into the abyss. He just can't take it. He felt like he is breaking from inside. He saw Aarthi with that young man all clad in wedding dress. It is their wedding picture!! Aarthi is married!!
