@ villager00 - Haha...I never cared abt TRP until I saw Saffi wrote that the show may go off-air...Then I realised the significance of TRP! I just came back from an awesome christmas party and the TRP kinda put a bad end to what was an amazing day for me! Curiosity kills the cat...I should not have logged on to IF.

I am sure because i can't believe the PH would be careless in this case.. I remember Jyoti's post of some Northern part bringing in TRP's but not being official as it's limited to certain cities. They couldn't have overlooked that..

Sabrina, i got a bad headache earlier when i too read it but as Kit said: if the show with a shipload of s**t didn't get axed a long time ago, then we can be sure PV is here to stay 😆😆😆.. Thanks Kit!

I hope the low TRPs get the CVs seriously thinking of how to package the story to retain mass interest. I am not asking them to change the storyline but to make it more appealing.

For example - Yash's volcanic eruption: they could have given us a peep to his reasoning style - instead the turntable needle got stuck on uss raat. Like a bad gramophone Yash kept repeating uss raat over and over again!! And who can forget the overdose of Aarti's gleeing and G3's non-stop demand for vachans and zest for throwing Aarti out of the house?

Coming to Aarti's past situation - Yash could be shown to be more proactive and protective lover instead of a bumbling teenager. A mature protective lover could have started Aarti to experience guilt pangs and blurt out half truths while P and the rest of the storyline unfolded, instead they chose Yash indulging in teenage dreams and opening his heart to a stranger (Yash-P dostana)!

Kid scenario - when they do include kids they use them as 'props' or on few occassions integrate them in a track. The kids are not inbuilt into the family scenario in an appealing manner.

Pari track - The courtroom scene was a riot - the less said the better!

I could go on but the point is the same storyline with a few deft changes could be made more appealing to the average viewer!!

Holy shit fatima.. you're freaking me out.. PV can't close.. It's too good. I'm sure people will know something is wrong as they're doing so well and the story is developing so well.. What do they want?? Fireworks?? WTH.. this is not possible. They cant just consider TRP and close down the show.. what about other viewers.. don't our views count.. Hello haven't they heard of online streaming and international viewers. I'm sure they're not that inconsiderate to just close PV based on TRP
