Based on the 12.12.12 promo, i think it'll be Prashant who'll expose Aarti's truth of being a divorcee.
He'll probably make Yash come to his next BMT session and from there Yash will learn the truth and probably Prashant will try to act all close to Aarti (maybe after seeing Yash, he'll try to hold her hand asking for forgiveness and wishing her a happily married life). Yash who's seeing all this from far will misunderstand.
