I just saw this video posted on the Punar Vivah facebook page. They also posted this description of an upcoming promo which matches the clip seen in this SBS segment:

"Promo (73) ~ Prashant is outside Yash house and hold his hand out to Aarti. Yash comes and Aarti hold his hand and walks off
Prashant looks on with a sad look ... (This was shot on set Wednesday.When link is out we will post .Info from the Set) ..~Admins"
