Is it really odd Rutu? Think about it from his pov - he drinks himself silly out of guilt, falls unconscious, wakes up to find the last person he ever expected to see at that point. A woman who has, however unwittingly, helped him every time they have met - and she sees him at his lowest point. Male ego still plays a role...plus what was she doing in his room, still a relative stranger, so early in the morning? And how long had she been there? What all had she seen? And heard?

The anger wasn't necessarily directed towards Arti you know...and thank you for picking up on this point.

Waise - Yash didn't forget because he was enjoying with Arti. He forgot because for the first time in months he was totally involved in something - and he had no Arpita-distractions here, no memories (he wasn't staying on the same hotel floor this time, and Delhi does not hold Arpita memories for him), no pictures, and...dare i say it, no Ansh.

@bold - 🤣 you wish!! No Carissa - there is no love-shuv, or even any obvious attraction there right now. He forgot because he re-discovered his favorite art forms and was so busy with Deepak. Add to that the reason he came to Delhi - arrange Zoya's wedding. The man's been busy!

I was visualizing the scene as i was writing it - so am really glad if some of that came through.

@bold - Their pain is similar, but their ways of coping and where they are in the healing process is very different. And truth be told - neither is ahead of the other in healing. I think this is where they enter each other's lives - to help the other heal. And this is where Ansh is so key...
