I think its very normal for Yash to be confused about his feelings. Being turned on by aarti's physical appearance is certainly not equivalent to love, nor is wanting her happiness! We shouldn't forget that Yash is still falling for her...and what he felt for Arpita was different...I mean it happened differently...that was love at first sight, this is indifference turned to concern...concern into friendship...and now friendship into love...so naturally he is unsure..till few days before he thought it was only friendship, gradually he is getting more attached, but he is yet to feel exactly what he felt for arpita!
