Indu, you are messing with my feelings so much with each new installment. The conversation on the verandah steps filled my heart. They are so good for each other.
It's really nice to see how observant and aware Prateek is of Yash. Similar to our onscreen Prateek (although I wish he were more proactive these days, but I digress 😆).
Palak's proposal at the end is icing on the cake. Yes, pun intended, lol. So good. Yash did tell her that Palak had picked out her Mumma and was going to propose. Now, it's happened. I believe it's becoming a lot clearer to Aarti/Misthi who Yash is truly marrying or wants to marry. But, then, the dilemma deepens -- it's also very clear the Scindias don't want her, a girl with "past baggage", to marry Yash. Exciting storytelling!
Wonderful, wonderful update, Indu, my friend. I'm intrigued to see how Aarti/Mishti handles Palak's surprise proposal, along with Yash and the Scindias. 😃
@Jac: Thanks...Mishti is well and truly fixed now. It's one thing to avoid and play the stranger with Yash, but it is altogether another matter to look into an innocent girls' eyes and kill her wishes. How can Mishti, herself an orphan, do that to another little orphan girl who is craving for a mother's love? Can she be what Di was in her life? With that one straightforward honest props, Mishti's perceptions are bound to change...She will realize that this is not only Yash/Mishti equation anymore...both the kids are getting involved. At that moment Mishti's dilemma only doubled...
As for the cake...hmm...the little one did decorate it with colorful gems...so her intentions are clear...she wants to bring color to her mumma's dark life by being her papa's representative...😃
