I agree about this, but I think the CVs will focus on the bone marrow complication and sort that out before Yash finds out the truth.

Same here. But my prediction is that Yash wil get to know bout Prashant and maybe he will realize how well Prashant and Aarti links. He might feel insecure and jealous. Then he might realize his love 4 Aarti .
