I agree that Yash is not wrong in feeling guilty. The character Yash is shown, its really a sin for him to consummate with somebody other than his wife Arpita. He never accepted n treated Aarti as his wife. Before marriage only he has made it sure that Aarti is marrying him only for Ansh.

I still feel that it was not only his physical attraction, the intoxication or the environment present at that time but his love for Aarti, the feeling that she is his wife which he gets after the entry of Aman.

He is angry with Aarti because he was feeling that since Aarti loves him a lot she has managed to create the atmosphere which made him fall for her i.e. Aman forcing him to drink Bhang, Aarti lighting up of the candles. When she puts up candles he was sleeping so not aware of power cut off.

But when Aarti tells him that she loves him but never tried to win him, never not done anything purposefully, he says 'Ab to muze ladana hi hoga' that means he accepts that the whole mistake is done by him and definitely he will have to repent for this.

Though in the beginning he has blame Aarti for this, he never gave her any punishment. He says ' Muze koi haq nahi ke mai aap ko saja doo". He is also annoyed with Arti as she has fallen in love with him as they had decided to be only parents n now she is behaving like a wife which is a breach of contract for him.

I feel sorry for Aarti but I feel more for Yash. It would be very very difficult for him to digest that he really loves Aarti very much. For many days he will be in denial state.

I think CVs are really taking pain n exploring Yash's character with minute details. Finally Hat's off to Gurmeet for portraying Yash so well.

Thats an amazing post Thush 👏👏👏👏..I agree , its not easy for a man who was madly in love with his first wife to move on easily ... Yash's struggle is natural and the fact that he has actually fallen in love with his second wife against his wish is affecting him more ... but now that he freed from this guilt in yesterday's episode , I m sure he will soon start accepting the fact that u can fall in love twice 😳😳

I would have been shocked if he did not feel guilty or repentant. I wonder why some people are expecting Yash not to feel repentant about it. Arpita was his love for God's sake! Yash is the only character in the show who has been consistent throughout. he always had made it clear that he would not hv any relation with his wife. someone mentioned why then did he not say so to aarti before wedding? well, aarti's behaviour towards him made him certain that she was not looking for a husband!

I don't agree with shobha and aarti when they say Yash should not feel guilty. For aarti, its love, but for Yash, it was mainly his physical attraction for aarti which he couldn't control becoz he was intoxicated.so its normal to feel guilt.

My problem with Yash is his blaming aarti for it.I realize he did that becoz smwhere he knew he himself was wrong, and he couldn't bear that he had cheated arpita, but, he had no right blaming her. only that is his fault, and he has to repent big time for it.

as far as aarti is concerned, aditi already wrote why i can't relate to her smtimes!

In fact her similar behaviour in Mumbai before the CON,telling Yash that he had sm place for her, staring at him non-stop, making plans with aman to get him jealous, etc actually led Yash to believe that she could hv deliberately made him drink bhaang as well.

Agree with you. For me, CVs are maintaining Yash's character very well. Love is the strongest bond and he shared that bond only with Arpita. Yes, he might have started feeling for Aarti, but the bond he shared with Arpita was way much stronger. And his guilt trip is absolutely justified. About blaming Aarti for it, even that is ok for me. As you said, her behaviour and her confession made him think that way, but somewhere he trusts Aarti more than that. He knows she is not at fault and that is why when he is cool he listens to her. EMotional turmoil is something men cannot handle and that is shown very beautifully in PV. Love CVs for that.
I adore Yash for his love for Arpita and once he decides to move on, I am sure he'll be the BEST for Aarti also. But for now, I am absolutely satisfied with Yash's character.

Thank You Thush for this post. Loved it to the core. PV has given a chance to all to see and understand different shades of a character like Yash which is so close to reality.
