We all know its manipulated but still yes we can regularly comment to bring him back to his deserving rank.But honestly am pretty sure that IF is not gonna keep him on numero uno until unless the forum is number one.Its my observation of the ranking system.They always keep numero uno forum's leads on number one and two.
