Yash definitely knows who Aman is though because Aman asked Aarti if her saroo pati is mad at her again so maybe Yash got a little jealous or whatever when he saw Aman and Aarti together? It would explain why Aman thinks Yash is saroo and I prefer that reason more then Aman calling Yash that based on appearance or whatever. I'm mentioning the saroo thing cuz I saw someone post something about it but being the idiot that I am, I forgot what they said🤣
And yes! Teri meri! When Yash felt something when Aarti stepped outside. He doesn't know that it was Aarti or what was happening but the way they show Yash reacting as soon as it happened and him feeling something and wondering what it could be shows how deep their bond is or that they're meant to be so a bit of symbolism there. The fact that he was so engrossed with his work (I mean, usually in shows the characters feel someone staring at them and he didn't notice Aarti plus it actually looked like he was hard at work), his concentration was broken because of that. That was my fav part in the epi.
