i think the problem is:
in Mumbai the night before they arrived in Bhopal, yash was all normal but still finding something uncomfortable in him(because of the changes happening to him).suddenly yash noticed aarti talking to shobah on the phone about the changes in yash.and was happy for it .(u know how aarti used to talk her heart out to shobah and may have told about arpitas burning pictures and the photo frame incident)yash overheard the talks and thought aarti was intentionally planning to get arpita out of his mind. he thinks all the cute moments between yash and aarti and aarti's open challenges and the scene where she asked yash, does he have a little place for her might have angered him.yash must have been in love with aarti and when he heard their conversation he misunderstood and must have thought aarti have betrayed him.and all the trusts and respect he had for her in these months is just to get him betrayed by her. which causes him all these stresses. what i wrote is just a guessing from me. as soon as i read the written update . i had this feeling and thought to share it. do write ur suggestions.😊 😊
