Hope ur assumption is correct but I personally don't think so...Yash does not seem to be the type to fall in love again so easily...His Arpita fixation is too deep to allow him to let go of the past so easily...But maybe he has read the diary and knows that Aarti loves him and wants her to hate him now...As he feels he can never love anyone ever again...So he may be doing all this on purpose...

Yash seems to be a psycho..One day he addresses and Aarti "ji" and on other days he pushes her, scolds her etc. etc...Common a person cant be so mad that he doesn't realise how he's behaving...Writers of this show have not penned his character so well...disappointed! 😕
