I think more realistically the mystery would be Aarti getting drunk and TELLING Yash about her love and her feelings about him. Unlikely CVs will show a consummation track with such little fanfare, with the heroine not even remembering it. An unknown confession by Aarti is more likely, which either made Yash think about his own feelings and get angry at the realization of loving someone other than his first wife, or made him want to push Aarti away by being rude to her so as to discourage her.

I saw all parts on sat'day...

So it my POV...

May be he must have read her DIARY in the night before they left to bhopal...and he comes to know her feelings towards him...

He hates LIES...as he started to friedly with aarti and changed his views towards life b'coss of aarti...he must have FELT BAD THAT SHE LIED to HIM... she already almost confessed him at the beech...

So in my POV this is the only reason...
