I have tasted stuff Karela, its the only Karela I enjoy with dal. I don't like plain karela subji its too bitter. I enjoy my karela(Kalonji) with bora bean stuffing.

Yash should really appreciate that his Aarti ji cooked stuff Karela for him since its a long process.
1st clean and dry the karela,
2nd is cook the stuffing and let it cool
3rd is stuff the karela with the stuffing
4th is tie the stuff karela with thread so everything stays together.
5th deep fry the karela
6th is cut the thread for the karela.

You've given the whole process of cooking it.BTW we dont tie it with thread.Other steps are same.And u r absolutely right.Its pretty tedious to prepare stuffed vegetables.😳
