@Maham, this is the first time I am listening to this song and I fell in love with it just like that. It so heartbreakingly beautiful. Maham you have made a few VMs that pull at one's heartstrings but this one takes the cake.

I am not sure why but this particular line "Keh rah hai kya yeh suno, meri khamoshiyan" and the scenes you picked for them just blew me away. The first time this line was sung, Yash was applying the medicine on her feet and the second time around Aarti was hiding behind the pillar and both times she had such longing in her eyes that the scenes combined with the poignancy of the lyrics just broke my heart.

The scene right after Yash admonishes her for almost burning her hands were perfect for the lyrics "Honton pe kyun aane se yeh sharmaate hain" was so cute. Kratika was outstanding in this scene portraying her fluttering feelings with Yash standing so close by and showing her a glimpse of his care and concern for her.

And that scene where Yash watches Aarti talking to herself and Yash raises his eyebrow is so freakingly cute. Eeeks!

And the scene where Aarti touches her mangalsutra almost with reverence was so beautiful and the lines "Ho saamne toh kya kahoon, kya kehna tha humdum" beautifully depicted Aarti's feelings.

If I were to watch this VM knowing nothing about this show or its story I would have said that it is filled with so much hope and I am pretty sure you made this VM portraying hope from Aarti's point of view, right? But since I know the background of every scene my heart was breaking at very line of the song. I always wanted Yash to be the first one to realize he loves her just because I thought it was cruel on destiny's part to make Aarti once again want a man who is pining for another woman. I have had to justify the current track by telling myself that Aarti is made of much stronger stuff and it is Yash in this case who needs to be lead towards the light. So even when Aarti's happiness was very infectious I was sad thinking about her unrequited love. 😭

Maham if this what you come up with when you are losing your touch I am ecstatic imagining what you would come up with when have the midas touch. Good job my friend. I missed you!

Ohhh! I forgot to mention that I totally loved the whole lighting effect. It was gorgeous.
