What a jump, what a jump, what a jump! This is going to effectively quieten all those who were raising questions over the "low" numbers (even though it was a steady 2.5 last week) and blaming the actors for it! And it's not all because of the mahasangam either because the 3 hour PV special also garnered a 3.1, so it means that we were steady at this mark throughout the which, which is an extremely positive sign for this upcoming week's numbers!

Congrats to the entire cast and crew for all their hard work and dedication! I know they must all be feeling ecstatic right now, and deservedly so! 😃

Here's the average TRP ratings for Week 40 of all Zee TV shows:

Punar Vivah - 3.1 😃
Pavitra Rishta - 3.1
Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke - 2.3
Mrs. Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuyien - 2.2
Hitler Didi - 2.2
Phir Subah Hogi - 2.2
Rab Se Sohna Isshq - 1.8
Afsar Bitya - 1.0

After all these weeks of waiting we are finally tied for first place across the channel with PR! Almost all of Zee's shows except for MKKPB saw an increase, while AB and SSLK were steady with last week's numbers! The top 2 shows of the channel saw quiet a big jump (PR increased by 0.5 and PV by 0.6) and thus Zee ended up gaining quiet a lot of GRPs this week!

The 3 hour special mahasangam episode garnered a 3.1, which means that it doesn't play that much of a role in PV's increase considering that is our average for the entire week!
