Because when Shobha came to know Prashant called up ,she was shocked but Mr.Dubey dint look too shocked and was casual with his reaction 😕..also he was quick to give the green signal to Aarti to meet Prashant without much thinking 😕

@Indu and Jyo: Very interesting possibility re. Dubey Sr. He was always the one that was more eager to get Aarti married and was even ok with them keeping Ansh. It is indeed possible that Prashant has an agent on the inside. 😉

@Angake: You are not confusing at all and I was thinking even more into the future! Obviously if the issue is Ansh, Aarti will say no, be disillusioned with Prashant, marry Yash and the issue will seem closed. BUT what if Prashant finds out about the divorce secret some time later and uses it as blackmail, first against Aarti who won't give in, and then when the truth comes out against the Scindias. 😲

He might say he will completely leave them alone if they give him Ansh but will blow he whole scandal wide open if not. The Scindias could then support Prashant, given that Gayatri never wanted Ansh anyway. And after the divorce comes out they can say you can come back home (from maika where they will no doubt try to send her) if you give Ansh up and never talk about this again.

Yash can rise up as support for Aarti and refuse to give Ansh up, no matter the cost for his family's name. 👍🏼

@Indu :Thats also possible 😲 but the only issue is that will make Dubey look very selfish all of a sudden more like Gayatri and Daddy Scindia types 😔

Samana: Divorce secret and custody battle are definitely future scenarios. They made Yash have a long look at Prashant after the latter banged into him yesterday. Yash'll definitely recognise Prashant when he sees him next, and probably that'll lead to the divorce secret be out of the bag. Also, I agree it'll be Aarti, Yash, and Shobha on one side and Sr Scindia, papa Dubey, and Prashant on the other when the custody drama comes into play. And, my hunch says this is when Aarti will begin to grow some real feelings for Yash.
