PV - nice start? will it work?

I was looking forward to the starting of PV when the promos were being shown, but after watching the show for 2 weeks now, my feelings are ambivalent. Bear with me and my ranting for a little while plzzz...
Things that have not worked for me and feel the CV's should have built a stronger foundation: I will start with the most recent.

1. Aarthi's duppata gets stuck in a locked door (yash has special cars i suppose) , once stuck, the first reaction for any human being is to look back and pull it out, but here she stands staring ahead... waiting for her prince charming to first observe that something got stuck, then get off his seat and open the door and let the duppata go and during this whole time Arathi does not even look back... come on... bad scene!!!!

2. Arathi's relationship with Ansh is over done and Yash and his daughters relationship is downplayed so completely.

3. She has tied her duppata and she falls when running... its not like she broke a leg, she could have got up and still run, but she stayed stuck on the ground... looking helpless and that characterization was weakly done... i have frnds who are single mothers too and they fall, but get up and ensure that the child finishes!!!

4. She is a single mother, but she stutters when the TT asks her for a ticket... come on... speak up lady... u have not committed a crime...u just walked into a AC class... not anything else.

5. A lady who is a guest at a wedding screams at Arathi for not telling her she is a divorcee...come on .. the slinging match about thalak shudha and marriage and the crap lecture... badly done...

Arathi who has played a very strong character earlier as Jhansi Ki Rani is making an admirable effort to portray a weak and vulnerable character but so far not succeeding very well for me. Yes, she is still n love with that no gooder ex husband of hers... and I am sure there are insecurities and a certain amount of hesitation in moving forward, but her portrayal is not coming across...naturally. I hope as a stronger woman she will fall in very well...have to wait and watch!!!

GC - Oh yeah.. I love the man too... but in this serial so far.. other than the awesomely sad eyes, we have seen nothing to like so far!!! He looks Hot... so all his fans forgive me... but as the character Yash... he still has to grow on me...

The foundation that the CV's have laid - very weak... they could have spent a few weeks on each of their lives individually and without the public humiliation and challenge to get Arathi married, or the need to create unnecessary scenes of her failure more than his inability to handle the children without the other spouse would have been wonderful!!!

I would have liked a lot more depth built in before rushing into this marriage so when the marriage actually happens, we would have been part of the journey that made them say yes to the marriage!!! There has been no depth and I feel i have joined the party late... and missing too much that happened earlier and maybe there will be many flashbacks to help understand ...but there had to be more of a foundation than the current reasons for which Arathi said yes ... or Yash for that matter!!!😭

Coz if Arpita had passed away 2 or 3 years agao, are we saying during this time, bhabhi and ma didnt take of the cutie pie daughters, that suddenly today over a hair oiling incident a issue is made...dint work for me at all...

Sorry for such a long rant... but had to say it... I love both of them individually but i am not sure the sparks will fly... Wait and Watch

That is why the trp will keep on dropping with the show being cancelled very soon. As writer have written is the characters going to click with the audience. At this time no.

I am one fan of Gurmeet Choudhary that hopes it succeed. I don't speak or understand Hindi but I watched the Ramyaan on You tube and I liked him as Ram. I also looked at him as Maan but I am not so crazy as every-one. I appreciated him as an actor and a human being..

The reason I mention closing is because in my country we get Zee Tv shows and in my house we watch all Zee Tv shows from Choti Bahu, jansi Ki Rani to the show that PV replaced. PV is too late in the night for us but on arrival from work the repeat occurs. While I watch it my mother doesn't and she is the one that watches all Zee Tv shows. I started to watch it and I so wanted it to succeed because of all the negativity the actor has been receiving. I also try to encourage her to watch it. In fact she pointed out in the Promo he had on too much makeup.

Having experience Zee shows I can tell you the number of shows that got the axe because of falling trps in India.

While it is easy to turn off the television Zee Tv will be looking at the numbers. My comments is simply to give this viewers feedback.

I appreciate your concern,but its way too early to worry about the show closing down. Come on its just been 2 weeks,or 10 episodes to be more precise. And the show has 2+ trps in both weeks. Yes some of us are a little disheartened with the fall in trps,but it doesnt take away from the fact,that the show has been able to make its mark among the viewers in such a short span. Many shows that are at top today,had to struggle for many weeks to touch the mark of 2 trps. And we have done it from start itself. Yes trps would fluctuate as any show takes at least few weeks time to establish itself, but that doesnt mean that we are not doing well. And the real story hasnt even started yet. So we should also have a little patience. That doesnt mean that we dont criticize the show,when it goes wrong, but we should have faith in the story and concept.

What Show closing down with 2+ trps ..when where 😲😲😆😆...Zee TV had run Bhagonwali with 0.8 trps for 2 yrs and here talks of show closing down happening ..OMG OMG 🤣🤣🤣...

Agree with U to certain extent...the most Disappointing is Aarti...not able to hold the audience & unforunatelly the Focus has been on her...as far as Yash...has been Awosome...Expression Perfect...hope to see more of Yash...

she is awesome but there should be balance between yash and aarti scenes
