Part One

Yash parked his Honda Civic outside 'Cafe Day'.He had no idea what he was going to do.He knew that getting married is an end to dreams.

Sighing he sat down in a chair that was very close to the entrance.He ordered a Cappuccino for him and closed his eyes and relaxed.

The conversation he had with his friend played back in his mind.

"Rahul,I strictly DO NOT love anyone,samjhe?"I said to Rahul who was pestering me with the same question again and again.

Seriously,What was wrong with him?It was February 14,and I had just finished my show in Milan,where it was judged by Mr.Roy Mukherjee,the leading Indian-Born designer.

Mr.Mukherjee complemented me after the show,personally-nope,with Rahul,and told me that I had that 'romantic' element in me which many designers lack.He also exclaimed that my girlfriend/fiance/wife was really lucky to have a handsome husband with a 'romantic' element.

Well.that was the reason for Rahul's annoyance.We were working late into the night on all the requisites we needed before I started my own fashion label in India.

Rahul and I had been together ever sice FIT days.He was someone who can make you believe things that you haven't even thought of!

He was at present talking to me as if I had jumped out of a romantic novel and I'm still searching for my heroine.I began to wonder,"Am I really in love?If Yes,with whom?"

The next moment I found myself a fool. I don't even know who is the girl I'm getting married to,and I've started planning about love and everything!

The Rahul effect-I guess!

"acha,bas bas Rahul.Tumhein galat famiyan hone ki pehle mein bata dete hun ki,mere ghar walon ne mujhe ladki doond rahe hain"

The effect I'd expected was completely opposite to what he did.Rahul spat out the water over the table.

Thank God,we were in her studio.If someone had seen it,then?

Shrugging the thoughts I asked him,"kya hua Rahul?"

"O.M.G.!!!"he yelled."tu arranged marriage kar rahe ho?yaar,tu pagal hai kya?tu itne salon se mere sath hai aur tu ne mujhse itna bada insult diya!!mein khwabon mein bhi ye nahi socha!"

I was confused.He continued,"Yaar.meri ma-baap bhi mere liye arranged marriage karwaya aur meine socha ki meri saathiya humesha mere sapnon ko poore karne mein mere sath de dhi hai..Par wo sab nahi hua.Tum janthi hun ki mein apni fashion label Japan mein shuru karna chahta hun,par Siya ne saaf saaf keh diya ki agar mein New York ke bahar usko chodke javunga,tho wo Court mein divorce ke liye apply kar deti hai.

"mein keh raha hun Yash,tum bilkul arranged marriage math kar..wo ladki tere sare sapnon ko barbad karte ho,,aur mein sirf itna keh paya ki tu bas kisi ladki ko pyar karo, jo tere liye aur tere sapnon ke liye kuch bhi kar sakthi ho..

"yaar,mein aaj Siya se bahuth pyar kartha hun,par wo mujhse pyar nahi karthe.Woh sirf apne pehle boyfriend Vijay se pyar karthi hai..mein usko iss bare mein kuch bhi nahi batha saktha,kyunki wo ro javungi..aur tujhe patha haina ki main apne Siya ko kabhi rothe huye nahi dekhna chahtha hun?isiliye kehrahi hun bhai,love marriage karlo aur life mein settle ho javo."

The opening of the door brought him back into the present.He realized that there were very less people at present.He checked his watch and his eyes widened in shock!

He had dozed off for nearly 4 hours!He checked his mobile.There were so many missed calls and messages from Amrit sayin that they needed him at his studio.Quickly apologizing and paying for the un-drunken Cappucino,Yash rushed outside the cafe when his mobile dropped down from his hand.

"Ab yeh bhi!"he murmured bending down to take the mobile when he heard someone say,"kaha tha na main,mujhe ye shaadi nahi karni hai!agar wo ladka meri sapnon ko poore karne mein mujhe rokh liya toh?"

Yash looked at the table from where the voice had come from.

He smiled.Atleast there was someone who exactly wanted her life partner just like him.He tried to look at the girl but she was facing her back towards him.

When his mobile rang,he realized the need for him to get back to his studio as soon as possible.

Turning back and taking one last look at the girl he rushed outside.

"mujhe ye shaadi nahi karni hai!agar wo ladka meri sapnon ko poore karne mein mujhe rokh liya toh?""Arti asked her friends,Ashwini,Paridi and Suganya.

"Par yaar,ye tho teri zindagi ka sawal hai..agar woh ladka teri Jeevansathi hai,toh?"Paridi asked her.

"Haan yaar,Paridi sahi keh rahi hai aur Ash(Ashwini) bhi..tujhe ek baar usse milni hai"Suganya said.

Arti thought for a while and then said,"mein maannewali nahi hoon..par aaj Designer.Yash Scindia ki studio par hum jaanewali thi na?wahan mujhe kis ladka pehle touch karega na,mein sirf uss ladke ko shaadi karungi.

"aur agar bhagvan chahe toh,woh mera Jeevansathi- uss photowale munde bhi hoga..Kya farak padtha hai?"Arti stated.

Preview:She and her friends were walking through the huge hall Of Designer.Yash Scindia's Studio-The Cult.The spotlights and the huge chandliers illuminating all his works.

"Wow!mujhe laghtha hai ki ye Mr.Scindia jo hume bulaya na,woh atleast 50 umar se hai..itna sare collections!My God!"Paridi exclaimed.
