Just because they wanted to wrap the show, how on the earth the Cvs can go the extent opf deciding someone's fate just in a day (even if it is fast track court) and only with 2 witnesses to testify? We could not even see the Police giving the case history.

They did not even gave her a defence lawyer, normally it is the practice of the court to ask the accused whether they have appointed a defence lawyer, and if it is a no (due to any reason), the court itself will appoint a defence lawyer. Here neither we saw the defence lawyer nor ant formal procedure being followed by the court of Law, the PP just presented to witness to testify his claimand both being the family of the victim, they said yes and teh judge just passed the his verdict of life time imprisionment. Wow this is too fast for any court.

Why on the earth neither Raj nor Divya could not arrange for a defence lawyer? How come a simple fact that no criminal will use his own diamond ring to kill someone and then tell the police about the same ring, didn't strike to anyone (Neither IPS nor Judiciary)

Why no other eye witness was cross examined or being quetioned about the incident?

How can a judge pass the verdict even when the PP was unable to present the motive of the murder? more over It was not Sarita who fed Kajal the kheer and not she handed him teh bowl. Then why precisely they Zeroed down on Sarita?

I have advocates in our family and know very well thta even if the Accused accepts the charges, the judgement will not be passed unless the PP and police provid the satisfactory evidences. Here in this case, no one saw Sarita mixing diamond, no one saw sarita forcibly feeding Kajal but still just because the ring belonged to Sarita, they arested her. What an irony?

btw, kajal just kept the entire ring in the kheer and didn't crush it to powder (looked liek a if she is hiding it from some one else) and how come she didn't realise she is eating the ring?
