@Neerja, I have found that forum discussions are always much more creative than what CVs present. I think internal politics, egos and love of ratings end up changing characters or story after a certain point. The participants in the forum usually do not have these constraints and hence can analyze characters much better. That is why these discussions are more fun than sometimes watching a show. However if you connect to characters (positive or negative), then a lot of times you will tolerate some inconsistencies in both characters and a story after a certain point. Here everything was very inconsistent from the first week. That's why most of viewers never connected to this show.

Angie , it was the first time when i found CB forum accidentally when show was going to end , and i was really amused that people discuss shows . but found the forum quite positive , respecting others, perspectives . there were posts which were related to some track and analyzed by given examples from mythology , literature , never found that kind of positivity in any other forum . Its characters and their emotions connect the viewers with the show only if there is some story . with that honest will to execute the story . i do not know , but i was put off with this show within a week . This show is full of whys? why she came in Doli , why muh dikhai , why any celebrity , specially a female will stay in an unknown house . She had met raj in college that may also just for few months . you can not judge a person in life in short period . all kind of unrealistic stuff . yes i had sympathy for sarita as seen girls in her kind of position , but later on it also evaporated when her parents appeared from god know from where and she was shown that her husband is going to do her kanya daan . Utter crap , Is marriage is the end and start of life , why bankruptcy of brains , people are going forward but these PH and all dragging backward . i think there is no end if one goes on analyze this show . Frankly speaking i was put off by this show from the starting as i can not respect Raj kind of guy in real life . He needed some one to bring him out of deep freezer , where he was for 10 years . just because of you people stayed here .
All the best to Rubina and hope we meet soon

Misti, I was just planning to respond to Ruchi and aimf when I saw this. So had to comment on this. Who is the bigger bear here? At least I think it is bear. I am pretty bad in distinguishing animals (well actually humans too).
Trust you to inject humor into a sombre thread.

Angie , you are putting Misti into dilemma about the bigger bear ? But both have their hands in the same position .

Thanks Sonia. And thanks to Angie, Misti, Myra, Neeraja, Aimf for the discussions.

It was fun and a new experience for me and I enjoyed it. In fact, this forum is what connected me to the show as I stopped watching it long back. Wish it would have lasted longer but I was getting disconnected from the story for quite some time.

When I stopped watching it - mainly because of the uninteresting and extremely loud side characters - I carried an image of Divya, Raj and Sarita. Divya was the one I had found most relateable as I know a lot of people who are strong enough to make tough choices when needed. I had sympathized with Sarita - though I haven't met anyone like her I was moved by her plight. Her bitterness and insecurity also made her interesting. I disliked Raj a lot 😃. Now when I read about lovey dovey moments between Raj and Sarita in WU, I don't relate to that as these two feel completely unknown and different to me. Also, by putting the entire blame on Divya (by saying that she never gave a chance to Raj to share her load), CVs have played havoc with my head. Sarita is now neither bitter nor insecure but an obsessed husband worshipper, Raj never wronged anyone and Divya is nowhere to be seen - I don't have the feel of any of these characters anymore.

Anyways, it was great knowing people here and getting some company while working alone during the nights 😃

Ruchi, likewise it was so good interacting with you and aimf - the two I met in this forum. Forums are much more addictive than the show. This is how I got hooked to my first show too when I was looking for the backstory of a show I had just started watching and found this forum. Despite my previous resolution, I have ended up spending (or wasting) a lot of my time when I should instead be working on some projects.
The only thing is that I no longer take any show seriously. Otherwise, CVs are really good with playing havoc with anybody's head if you try to do that. Sarita as a self-absorbed, bitter character and Raj as an emotionally immature guy who did not grow up in 10 years were interesting. Sarita and Raj as lovey-dovey couple bore me endlessly. Of course, Sarita and Raj's transformation started even before Divya left. Now it is complete as this show goes with bullet speed on everything except for the logic. So of course, Raj and Sarita had to be glorified at the expense of Divya. This is CVs way of thinking that new viewers or remaining viewers would either not know the history of these characters or would develop amnesia about these three characters, hence providing them much needed ratings.
Divya always was the most relatable character, but never got any emotional space from the very first week. But I am glad that Rubina left the show rather than letting the CVs degrade her character.

@Myra: How can you relate to characters that are shown now. I think Raj, Sarita, Kamu and Sohu have been abducted by aliens (CVs) and have been replaced by these monotonous characters.
Divya of course is the most likeable character of this show. But most shows will never show a character talking/seeking about career because to most creatives, a career seeking woman is equivalent to being a vamp. I am wondering in which world these creatives live because even girls from small towns and conservative families are balancing a career with family lives.
@aimf , I really liked your analysis too especially how you used to interpret situations. I liked your fan analogy as well as how your linked the scrapping business with this dysfunctional family. Hope we can meet in another forum for some good discussion if a show mutually appeals to all of us.
