Shashi-Sumeet Mittal Production's Punar Vivah season 2 on Zee TV has been trying hard to keep the viewer's interest intact by throwing in one major twist after another.

The daily will introduce two new entriesAbhishek Malik and Urmila Sharma who will further spice-up the plot.

Sources inform that Abhishek Malik and Urmila Sharma have been cast to play important roles. Urmila Sharma will essay the role of a match-maker whereas Abhishek Malik will be introduced as the new parallel lead opposite Sarita (Shrishty Rode).

When contacted, Urmila Sharma confirmed the news and said, "Yes, I am doing the show but I can't comment anything on my role as I haven't started shooting yet."

Myra, I think the story is getting changed. In today's SBS segment, they showed confrontation of Raj. I think Divya and Sarita have told the truth to him. So he was really angry at Divya and was blaming her for making even a honest person like Sarita lie to him. But I don't know if creatives have realized that they still need to provide logic for all 3 characters even if they change the story and move in a different direction.

Thanks,. didnt see that segment! But it bothers me, why he's thinking so low of divya and making sarita a honest person,. wasnt he supose to know divya inside out, she wouldnt have lied without a reason! Anyway, looking forward for the change..lets see how they present it..its true they badly need to stick to one single characterisation not changing it without logic.

I think for some time it will be ping pong as Neeraja said. The speed at which Raj changed and Raj - Sarita track was carried out, it really looked like a sub-track. There might be multiple such sub tracks before the story finally settles in favor of any one couple. If Sarita's PV happens now then it will clear all obstacles from RaVya's path as well - so end of story. I don't know the final outcome but I do know that whichever way story meanders now will not be the final one 😊
