Hello all, its after maybe four years I am writing something in IF. Last analysis I did was for BH2.
What to do this story of triveni sangamam as backdrop couldnt keep the mytho freak away from the series for long. The full story is of Triveni Sangamam on how Saraswati, Jhanvi and Yamini come together despite the attempts by Rajeshwari to seperate them.
If you come to character Saraswati represents Knowledge, Yamini or Devi Yamuna represents Lakshmi, Jhanvi ya Devi Ganga represents Shakti. The show tells its not tridevi but triveni. Hence the medium of uniting them is one, Sagar or rather ocean. Every river has to finally reach the ocean, making its own independent journey.
Similarly each lady will have their own independant journey before they come to Sagar. Sagar is the truth and Rajeshwari lie. But unfortunately Saraswati ie knowledge is colored in the Maya of Rajeshwari. The colors she put on Saraswati is written in the blood of her first husband Gautham. Kamal is part of the murderers who wanted to finish off Gautham and now making him Saraswati ka second husband a big veil of illusion has been tied on Saraswati's eyes.
Next is Jhanvi uff Vedika. She knows truth alongside Sagar who is searching for truth and we also know Jhanvi and Sagar are deeply connected from childhood. The broken hands, yes Sagar and Jhanvi represents the pain of broken hands done by Rajeshwari. Rajeshwari herself chose Jhanvi for Sagar giving the ancestral pot to her, but Rajeshwari herself broke them. Vedika knows truth, but Vedika doesnt know the play. Sagar himself tells he wont take her in his team for playing that game of 7 stones. Exactly Chakravyuha with 7 layers. Vedika uff Jhanvi knows to enter it, but exit is a question mark. Major reason being Vedika's pride and high moral ground. Rajeshwari is a seasoned player and she uses Vedika's trick on herself. Rajeshwari is also dangerous. Vedika is floating because of Sagar's trust on her and his need to fight the battle to know the truth.
Last is Koel or Yamini. This girl Koel is completely immersed in illusion by her mother Mayuri. Just like the name implies Koel, she has a beautiful music within her, but if you see her then the truth is different, she is a thief and certified liar as Sagar puts it. But of all characters if someone has true devotion and surrender that is also Koel uff Yamini. She loves white , yet her name implies darkness. If you ask me personally I am more interested in her. First she is styled like Devi Yamuna. That nose ring, those big bangles , jhumkas and kaleris, her innocent smile and laugh, her gentle devotion to ghattu shyam where everywhere else he is her business partner, but on stealing necklace she takes the blame on herself and mother. Second she reminds me of the title track of Tamil movie Thullate manavum thullum ( Innisai padi varum. Meaning: The wind brings the music and there is no music without wind, wind doesnt have a form, we love the music, but we dont see the wind that brings the music). Yamini's presence in the triveni sangamam is that. She is the wind, the breath, or rather life. But nobody looks at her now as everyone is looking at Jhanvi as she is the music that everyone loves to hear.
Third is how will her truth be reached, who will reach her truth, because without her there is no Triveni Sangamam. The pooja itself got cancelled once Koel went out from that place. The acknowledgement of wind is the turning point of the story. The drowning of Koel and emerging of Yamini is the turning point of story. She is the card where Rajeshwari neeti fails. Infact every politics fails. Because she is love and devotion. She went to Mayuri for a reason and her way back to Saraswati will also be directed by Ghattu Shyam. She is his card, she is his player who is going to dribble around, creating mayhem and confusion. You see something with your eyes and feel something else with your heart. Koel represents that character.
Finally Sagar, his connection to Jhanvi and Saraswati is clearly established. Jhanvi was/is his childhood sweetheart, his love and Saraswati is motherlike to him. He says he is not like his father, the main reason the two women in Digvijay life. Fate is going to throw two women in Sagar Maheswari's life. Because his connection to koel/Yamini is not explored much. But they have a connection, or rather they should have a connection. We see Yamini complaining Sagar didnt wish her in childhood and we see the same Yamini running away with his wallet, mobile, tying his shoelaces in adulthood. We see Sagar saying " I trust you" to Koel when she rushes to save Dayal and we see Koel musing to Vedika there will be one more person who will be with them in the battle, the akkudu lawyer Sagar. Sagar also says he wouldnt have had Jhanvi in his team for playing 7s. But who will be in his team for playing that game as someone has to be there. Though masked we see Sagar Yamini kind of have a pakda pakdi , tu tu mein mein between them and somewhere they trust each other. This connection of Sagar Yamini is the game changer. Because nobody knows what it is. The game and fun both is in this ankh mein choli that can confuse Rajeshwari. But the game is also where Sagar evolves into a man.
So for now only this much. Will come back with more analysis later.
