some threads are trashed and some are closed but not trashed...

threads that are trashed immediately include

1) threads with explicit/indecent content

2) threads with repeated information - this is because it occupies unnecessary screen space on the first two pages and good discussion threads are pushed to the 3rd and 4th pages

3) threads advertising other forums, trolling threads, threads with no purpose or meaning and just created for timepass (include some threads opened just to chat etc), threads asking for video/updates to be posted etc

threads that are closed but not trashed

when a thread that has resulted due to difference of opinions, arguements, swearing between members of the forum, general unpleasantness etc.. the moderator or viewbie leaves a note/her opinion etc for everyone to see. The reason the thread was closed is left behind. such threads are closed so that more arguements dont take place but not trashed so that the rest of the members know that it is wrong and what the consequences are for the same. they would know not to repeat it and learn from it. if the threads got trashed, many members would never know something like that happened and newer members wouldnt have seen the threads. this could lead to the same thing happening again in the future by maybe a different set of members...

hence some threads are only closed but not trashed... the notes i have left there are for members to read and see... what is the point of leaving them if they were to be trashed? 😛

by the way a longgg explanation was made on this and everything sorted for now and done.. i brought this topic up again in 'Nayaab and everyone else' thread coz i wanted to get these topics trashed. And i explained everything there..why i wanted that 😊 the thread was made a non-sticky without my motive being satisfied...so i wrote in the topic where new changes were being discussed..that too has been locked so i am posting this here. 😛

why again bring out the old threads? i have trashed one of the 4 threads and another one was just about anas being short tempered..😕 At least my initiative got one thread deleted. 😉

anyway ... please just forget about it.. many many members of this forum have had arguements and said many things which they normally wouldnt in the past.. however they have realised their mistake/rules of the forum and are completely enjoying themselves in the forum with the rest of the members now... 😃👏

there is a famous saying "everytime the scar/wound tries to heal if you keep (remembering) it only becomes fresh and worse than it was to start off with.. "😭 the necessary actions have been taken

i believe in clearing things out than keeping bad impression about ppl for long! 😊 Also, i was not satisfied with wat was done and am still of the opinion that enuf action was not taken..so i think i reserved the right to bring up my dissatisfaction as an old and responsible member.

and necessary pms sent... i once again apologise on behalf of the development team if you feel we didnt carry out what we were supposed to properly... just want to let you know it was never intentional and always try to take decisions balanced... 😭

chalo lets forget this for now and work together to ensure something like this doesnt happen in future... 🤗 we are all more aware now and know when and how to deal with something like this if it again happens in the future... yes, of course..would love to move on! 🤗

And, Help Desk 3 has been created...Can that be extended to a 'Suggestions, Complaints, Inquiries, Help' thread? 😊

Hi, I hope it's not late..I wud like to reuest the mods to bring up a more organized videos section . Reason being many times video links are posted in the forum and they get lost due to ongoing activity. There should be only one place where the videos must be posted so that they are easily accesible and downloaded. Secondly, many videos links in the archive section are expired/aren't working/low quality/not downloadable. Plz appoint someone who can look after this section..it'll be a gr8 help to ppl. like me who want to download the videos 😭
