From history we know that Prithvi's kids ruled for sometime and their decendants.....

another version of History also says that Prithvi was not taken to Afghanisthan but he was left by Ghori and Ghori also gave him one kingdom to rule....and after his death his kids...and so on....
ofcourse many won't believe this...(me too)but this is what history says.
