I don't quite get how the TRPs work, could someone explain. I mean I know the concept and everything but how come we only get the Sunday TRP ratings in this forum? Are the friday and saturday ratings not public or do they only measure once every weekend? Also, who are the main competitors for PRC on the weekend slot? Does anybody know?

yea..jiya..TRP means Television rating points......sppose u wana kno TRP of PrithviRaj Chauhan....in a particular group..letz say....in a group of 20...u wana kno...wtz da viewership 4 PRC...n outta 20 pepl...if 6 pepl...r wtching PRC(jus consider da group here)....thn 6 becmez ...ure TElevision rating pointz....@ so n so tym..@ so n so place...n @ so n so....place......nw..since u kno...da population of Wrld..cannot b counted on fingerz......pepl usually take an average of da audience.....which is commonly known as Gross Rating pointz....u cme up wid an...average!!!!
the highest television rating pointz....recorded...til date...wz of Kyunki saas Bahu thi....whn....Mihir hd died....which wz centuriez ago....m nt sure...if ne televison serial...hz managed 2 beat it....
