even i was wondering the same...everyone seems to know or not know prc as per convenience. during koteshwar yatra know one knew him until they stole his family ring with which the villians recognized him. after the yatra everyone knew him(when Sanyo realizes he is PRC). Now again no one knows him. Cant the ppl guess that the guy's name is Prithvi...he's a good fighter so most prolly he must be PRC.
Btw that sarpanch knows prc was atleast more realistic.
