Before Sheetal & Besides Parivah
Another girl who was auditioned for the role
of Elder Sanyogita was:

Supreet (fondly known as Annie) who plays Rudabeh in Sony's fantasy show Arslaan gained her lead role after actually starving herself. Earlier, a plump Annie had auditioned for the role of Sanyukta in Prithviraj Chauhan. But due to her weighty issues, she had lost the chance of playing the lead in Prithviraj Chauhan. A disappointed Annie followed vigorous work-out sessions and concentrated on her diet to lose weight. This caught the attention of the Sagars', the producers of Arslaan and so she got to play the lead role Rudabeh, Arslaan's love interest.
