Yes, I don't think she was in love with Ezra but she definitely cares about him at the moment. Like Alison doesn't reciprocate the same love, but she makes up for it by caring about say Emily or Ezra. I mean, not many people like/love Alison so wherever she gets that attention or that care, she feels special. I know that she or rather her disappearance and previous attitude has caused Emily a lot of pain and suffering because of the stuff she had to go through but Alison did try and help the girls so I feel like there is a humane part of Alison that tries to get out once in a while 😆
(I cannot believe I actually feel a bit of sympathy for someone who was such a despicable person )
