can anyone tell me

how Ezra was suspected to be A? why was he spying on girls and how did he know about them?

Ezra was found to know Allie before he even met Aria. Apparently he knew all these girls way in advance and he has also been writing a book on them. Evidence was found of all of this. That is why he is suspected to be 'A', but it seems like that he is NOT 'A'. I don't know...Everything is so confusing.
