YesI remember KW was a Rajput in Remix "Hum " "Aap " and all those with a rajasthani / rajput would endorse those types of langauage and words to make references

In DMG he was a Gujju but was more a carefree guy who took up responsibilites and with his big bro's advice became a doc andc then changes came in his life..
Here Anukalp is a traditional guy who has taken up a lot of responsibilities being teh sole bread earner for the family,
He has been the good boy for his mom and his way of talking and bringing happiness to the family, making sure that his sisters are not doing anything wrong , so there are the key factors and his way of speaking is different , that spark will be there.

no doubt it will be not Nishaant but KW playing the role of this gujju boy if its finalized for the better , but surely there will be expectations.

So for Kw to seep into these factors while considering the role of Anukalp would be challenging and to a viewer who has seen the character of Anukalp.

Replacements happen and due to many reasons, the task given to the actor how well he can flourish in it and give iot eye-catchy to the viewers will be a whole new experience

yes karan wahi i luved him as sid n dmg but will nishant i really like nishant 😭 but kw is the best replacement n he looks the role innocent bola bala n sara n him will look nice together

I think Anukalp needs a tall guy who will suit Mona and to some extend KW matches that character, so ideally if not Nishaant I would see KW..

Now a days replacement of an actor for a character needs to match the character for that story so going by that KW was the ideal choice according to the article
