Ambaji should have never ever asked Anu to gift her daughter a Car. She thinks she has complete right over her Anukalap income, not only he is responsible for her daughter but he should take care of expensive gifts to make them feel good.
I am waiting for Anu to rebel and tell her that he wants to help, but she is taking advantage of him, she sees him as her personal bank of Anu.
If father has no money daughters get none. Ambaji keeps saying we would have given Hetal all the gifts when Hetal father has no job and no work, he earns nothing. She should encourage Hetal to find a job to help Anu, but instead she wants Anu to earn and give everything.
Ambaji could have said no to Hetal and she has been saying to Mona.
Ambaji is enabling Hetal to be greedy and ask for expensive gifts. She should teach her that married daughters shouldn't ask for gifts. The gift should come from heart. Also, they have never ever had car in their life, this is the first car family which Anu has bought, Hetal's father and mother, never had a car, if she wants car she should get one when she can afford it, if she cannot afford it she can do with out it. Mothers don't beg their sons to gift expensive car to their daughters..sons only help to keep the family afloat, they don't take place of a father in their sisters lives.
I hope men of the house put end to this nonsense. Gandhi family is not one woman (Ambaji's) show. Ambaji is running the whole family like a dictator, now she is ordering her son to buy her daughter a car because of her love for her daughter, she should show her love in the ways she can afford.
It is weird that Anu has taken the place of father and husband to Ambaji. If Ambaji's husband and Hetal's father cannot afford to gift her with car, then Ambaji has no right to burden her son with greedy demands.
