WRITTEN UPDATE EPISODE #2
Outside allahabad station... P and Prof climb into rickshaw... move out... P happy.. prof looking worried, looking around.. P says why you not happy to see me.. Prof denies.. suddenly he sees Angad and the other boys at a roadside stall... they also spot P and Prof.. Angad looking angry... Prof tells the rickshaw puller to go by longer route.. he complains, but Prof insists... they reach home... other GH ppl come out and greet P.. all happy.. Prof still worried, tells them to go inside quickly...
Angad and his friends coming on bikes... inside GH Arushi excited, wants to see what P got for her.. P distributes all the presents... Adarsh teases that P has put on weight.. P won 1st prize in basketball... all surprised to see trophy.. Dadi scolds P for not concentrating on her studies and wasting time on games.. tells Prof to find a boy and marry off P... P perturbed.. Dadi says u want to stay in the house .. when I was your age shamu was already born.. P says nowadays girls studying further.. lets not talk about marriage now... Dadi still annoyed.. P's mom tries to calm her down...
Prof in room looking pareshan.. Nainaji goes and asks whats the matter... he says mother's right.. all these studies and games are good in their place, but it time that P knew that she is a girl... she will go to her own home and learn the responsibilities.. all towns have their own culture... Nainaji says P came home just now.. let her enjoy for few days... why u talking all this now... you never thought these things.. let yr daughter go all the way to Lucknow to study.. I am proud to be yr wife... now why you changed.. Prof says nothing wrong in getting married.. like all other fathers, I too am worried for my daughter's future.. N says don't worry, P knows our family culture..
P and arushi in their room, putting away P's clothes.. Arushi prattling on.. P looks lost in thought.. Arushi asks are you thinking that why Prof did not say anything to Dadi.. even I thought it was odd.. P gets up suddenly and leaves the room, Arg asks whats wrong.. P goes to parents room... P asks mom to give her food.. mom leaves the room.. P asks Prof whether he is still upset about train incident.. P says those boys were at fault, they were harassing too much.. I would never confront them deliberately without reason... Prof tells her to be cautious in future.. these boys don't care about or respect anyone.. Prof continues and says that I want my children to study lots and be happy wherever they go.. when my daughter goes to her sasural she should be an example for others.. P says not going anywhere away from you...
All having dinner... P protests to her mom that food has too much ghee.. Adarsh teases her and says soon you will put on so much weight that the mirror will not recognise you... suddenly phone call... Adarsh about to get up, but Dadi stops him and tells Arushi to answer.. she does.. no reply from other side... she keeps phone down.. Prof perturbed... P asks for more papad.. Dadi scolds and says you indulging these girls too much.. mom says no problem, its their maika.. who knows what kind of sasural they will get... Prof says what you mean... of course we will find a home just like ourselves, where no distinction bet daughter and DIL... Prof and Adarsh leave for work... Prof tells Nainaji to close door properly and not open it the moment the bell rings.. she says I know... next, Prof tells not to allow P to go out.. Nainaji perturbed.. Prof explains that P is tired from her journey so let her rest.. N agrees.. Prof & Adarsh leave..Angad and the other boys standing some distance away at a tea stall, watching GH from behind a rickshaw...
