The letter 'K' which you're talking bout, cant be included in mental cases cos now she has all the ability to make others mental, she's not intelligent but has become cunning one in recent days, so I dont think so she falls under that group which you mentioned. But a suggestion, if you want, include her in 'vamp' group!!!
