ss knows if she fights the case she would give statement but krishna is a 10yr old kid (according to the cvs) who thinks the case can be won without prats statement ! A fight would happen in the court when prats would reveal the rape attempt ! The worse thing is krishna has nothing to say and is always shut by either ss or prats:-(
