Yes it would be but he will try to find a way of getting out of giving the sample, but he will not succeed this time, the CV's will drag it till the ME i think before proving K's innocence.

I don't think he will succeed, but they will probably use a couple of episodes to show him trying to figure out how to manipulate the situation and that's when he will fall in his own trap and be caught.

yeah, me too saying that only... let them drag it that he is trying but not succeeding ... but couple of episodes not possible coz already its verdict time.. may be hardly 1-2 episodes n then again some court scenes where Kaushal questioning him till then ME ...
