Limping Lion & a Legal Labyrinth!

Hi frndz,
At present, Kn is on cloud nine b'coz of the successful execution of his wicked plans to take control of TN. The arrogant thakurs r facing the vicissitudes of time n fate. This leaves SS & co.with no choice other than taking refuge in Shyamu's small house...the man who has been kicked out of TN more than once. I wonder how SS must be coping with this shock of his life. It will take some time for him to recover but definitely he will fight back with ferocity. It is imminent that SS will seek legal intervention to reclaim his assets but it will be a rough ride for him to take panga with Kn because of following reasons:
1. Kn has been a partner in all the crimes of SS. Obviously he may resort to threatening and blackmailing SS so as to prevent any legal action from him.
2. Kn is aware of SS-baba love. He knows that baba's anger wud know no bounds as soon as he is released from jail. Hence, Kn will make every effort to weaken their mutual bonding. He can create doubts in Kriya's minds by exposing their plan to kill Pratz. Not only that it will irk baba but such a confession can send both SS & SDS behind bars.
3. Next, SS has to fight with Kn to take control of Samar. Now with Kn in charge of whole property, court can not give a minor in the custody of insolvent SS.
In brief, SS has to fight with Kn on many fronts. He's virtually trapped in a legal labyrinth. Hope he finds his way out of this mess. Amen.

SS is gonna face many problems - one being able to swallow his pride and accept the help of the man whose face he blackened as well as kicked out of his house.
The legalities will be beyond him, but with the masterni's help, they should find some loopholes allowing him control of his assets - this should bring home the fact that he should have learned to read and write, and got his kids educated too.

Good Post. It is true SS will face problems in getting back his property. He has to swallow his pride and accept the help of the person whom he threw out from his house many times. He also has to get the help of his daughter-in-law Pratigya whom he tried to kill many times and even tried to arrange a second marriage for Krishna.

</div><div>SS will get his property back because a contract made by an intoxicated person is voidable. Whatever documents SS signed is not legal. So Pratigya should be able to getback SS's property back to him though Shakti may try to black mail SS because of past crimes.

Dear, SS used to manipulate law, whenever he wanted so, with the help of his bail-budhi. Contrary to this, he may find it difficult to fight his just battle. This is what happens when ur trusted confidante turns hostile. I wonder how he will bear the court expences now as he is left with no money. CVs may try to highlight that seeking justice is not easy these days for the poor.

If u notice in police station police officer looked scared and when sajjan was talking with kn on the phone and when kn told him that he reach home u also coma back and iam failed to arrange bail pappers and police inspecter again looked scared when hear this from sajjan that shakti not comingt for bail

And ine end krish was thinking and epsiode end may be cahndu or police officer relezed him and krish has found out evrthing evrtimE he was talking to chandu its small mtter and I am still in jail

May be in mondays krish enter with the police and tell his father that kn was busy in court for tranfering the property to his name but I met thE majistrate which 1 is friend of yours and I cancel that documents and u have your haveli back sooo its all clear now and give advise to kn that iam your brother and I love you but u broke my heart by doing all this just once u tell mE that baba I want the whole property I leave it to U but u play a dirty game with me and with our father I have my hotel and its enough for me and for pratgya and if you dontt want mE to stay here too I can leave it to u whole haveli

And I can arrange a house for pratgya

Yes Uma dear,
Waiter is the weakest link in this vicious chain. It may take little persuading to make him confess the truth. Plus, he is already surprised by what Kn is doing to his own bro. Remenber that day he asked Kn this question. It suggests that he has some honesty in him. Probably Chandu may negotiate with the guy.
